Biography

Christy is a devotee of the creative spark, a Mom, a musician, a DJ, and a multi-passionate artist who creates with heartfelt sound, life-fueling beats, and mixed-media experimentation. As an Expressive Arts Therapist, Registered Therapeutic Counsellor, and massage practitioner (former Manitoba RMT), she attends to mental health and wellness through body-centred, creative, and nature-based approaches.
